One of your first lines of defence against cyber-attacks is to ensure that all your software is running the latest versions and that all software patches and updates provided by Microsoft are installed as soon as they become available.

Our Software Update service is an automated process that involves scanning your IT systems, computers, mobile devices and network-attached devices for missing Microsoft and 3rd party software updates. These updates typically contain fixes for vulnerabilities that have been identified within 3rd party applications and operating systems.

Having identified the systems that need attention, we then manage the installation of patches, taking account of incompatibilities with customer system configurations and other software that may be affected, while maintaining system performance and stability.
